The 13th season of The Greatest Golfer will tee off April 16 with a new spring series for adults — two singles stroke-play events and two 2-player events. Farmers National Bank continues the role it’s had since the 2010 start of Greatest — title sponsor of the event.
In its 13th season, Greatest will produce 21 live competitive golf events at 14 Valley golf courses. The competitions serve male and female golfers ages 12 to 80. More than 20 champions will be crowned. All format structures and fees will be announced later this spring.
This will be the third summer that Greatest, Trumbull Country Club, Caprice Health Centers and Phantom Fireworks will team up to produce the Greatest Day of Golf — a sunrise-to-sunset charity golf sprint to raise funds for Boys and Girls Club of Youngstown.
Greatest’s combined community taps into 10,000-plus people in the Youngstown community and in sprinkles across America. Golfers have traveled from Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Denver and California.
More than 30 sponsors market into this Greatest community. For rates and opportunities, email moc.l1737697121iamg@1737697121tseta1737697121ergre1737697121flog1737697121.
