Keller signs on to Greatest sponsor role

Welcome (again), Kenny Keller. Good people and good things find each other and stay connected. We feel that way about Greatest Golfer and so many of our players, courses and sponsors. Include Ken Keller in that. He seems to have been with Greatest since we started. He was a junior u14 champ. He was a runner-up juniors u17 champ. He was in our adult scramble championships and is a steady Sunday presence at the finals of the Farmers National 54-hole championship. Last year, he won the HBK/Golf HQ Long Drive Championship on his last swing. In 2020, Ken started helping Greatest as a marshal for our junior events and then as a summer intern directing our inaugural Greatest Day of Golf fundraiser that raised $35,000 for Boys and Girls Club of Youngstown. Ken joined us Feb. 1 as Greatest’s first sales manager. Greatest has grown in its 12 years to the most successful single sporting franchise in the Valley with 21 events from May to September, hundreds of competitors age 12-80, and thousands of onlookers. It has become a valued partner to businesses that sponsor in and fuel our growth. We needed help to manage those partnerships and grow them. A great person for this challenge wasn’t hard to find.
