The 2025 Greatest Golfer Juniors season crowned 4 new champions July 18 after a fantastic season of 12 events across 12 Valley golf courses. The division was sponsored by ‘Joe’ Dickey Electric and Phantom Fireworks.
U17 Boys | Coaches Burger Division
In the U17 Boys division, it was Diesel Williams, Bristol, who stole the show with a brilliant 141 total score (69-72). His performance was a masterclass of skill and focus that saw him finish just one stroke ahead of Nathan Miller, Canfield, whose 142 (69-73) secured him second place. It was a battle of nerves and technique, but Diesel’s consistent play kept him on top. Andrew LaPolla, Warren JFK, with a solid score of 143 (70-73), rounded out the top three, proving that he, too, was a force to be reckoned with.

U17 Girls | Links at Firestone
In the U17 Girls division, Lindsey Hoover, Wilmington Area, demonstrated an ironclad focus, earning herself the first-place finish with a 149 (77-72). Her consistency was the key to her victory, and as she finished her final putt, it was clear she had earned every inch of that lead.
But behind Hoover, the competition was fierce. Alexandra Conley, Canfield, with a final score of 165 (81-84), kept her game steady despite a challenging second round. She pushed Hoover all the way to the end. Aubree Philibin and Madelyn Fox, both with a final score of 167, found themselves in a tie for third.

U14 Boys | Morrone Mechanical
The U14 Boys division, sponsored by Morrone Mechanical, had its own fair share of surprises. Peyton McCune, Canfield, emerged as the dominant force, finishing with a solid score of 80. His round was marked by a combination of youthful energy and a mature understanding of course management.
Following closely behind McCune were Luke Conroy, Canfield, and Carter Altobelli, Warren JFK, who finished with scores of 83 and 84, respectively. The U14 Boys were hungry for victory, and it showed in their tenacity. Conroy’s consistency was commendable, while Altobelli’s aggressive play made him a serious contender all summer.

U14 Girls | Ambrose Family Eye Care
In the U14 Girls division, presented by Ambrose Family Eye Center, it was Paige Sowers, West Middlesex, who dominated the course, taking first place with a final score of 74. Her calm demeanor and precise shots were a testament to her dedication and hard work leading up to the championship. Sowers made every shot count, not allowing any distractions to creep into her game.
Avery Robinette, Champion, and Katelyn Plummer, Grove City, followed closely, finishing second and third with scores of 77 and 81, respectively. Robinette’s aggressive play on the back nine nearly propelled her to the top. Plummer’s steady and reliable game allowed her to secure third place.
