Saturday at Avalon Lakes serves up the champions of the 2023 ‘Joe’ Dickey Electric Greatest Golfer Juniors Championships.
More than 30 boys and girls in the u17 division teed off Friday at Squaw Creek for the 18 of their 36-hole finals. The leaders are below. They lead the day Saturday.
The u14s will play 18 holes tomorrow right after the u17 play.
For the championships, players gain entry by winning one of 10 qualifiers or accumulating points at those events for top scores. We will advance approximately 15 or so players in the u17 divisions, up to 12 from u14 Boys and up to 9 from u14 Girls.
Youngstown Tile Retail Design Center and Phantom Fireworks are presenting sponsors for juniors play.
